五十年代香港社會混亂，貪污成風，藍江深長也不例外，但仍存一份俠義，故贏得冷面神探稱號。當時，油尖區以白榮飛為首的飛群，經常與周東爵士的兒子阿SAM對抗惹出不少是非，令藍江大感頭痛。最後更因拯救白榮飛，因而頻與探長結怨……

It’s a world of corruption in the middle of the century. Inspector Lan Kong works alone in fighting crime as well as facing conflicts when he refused bribe shared by his colleague. Ultimately he is relegated to the anti-juvenile-gang team yet he still manages to achieve success. Good days last for a short while before he faces real challenge from a vicious senior who backs up a triad society and determines to eliminate Lan who is a hindrance in their road to fortune. Will justice and righteousness prevail in the long arm of the law?
